I'm a writer and clinical psychologist working in private practice. I studied economics and philosophy as an undergraduate at Columbia University prior to obtaining my clinical psychology doctorate at the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium. I love exploring the complexity of human experience and life's big questions in both my writing and clinical work. When not engaged in these pursuits, I usually am reading three books at once, planning the next trip, and tending to the chaos of the home I share with my husband and two daughters in Sacramento, CA.
